It's the little things - like ice cubes - at restaurants. A part of me didn't want her to play with her ice cubes....but the scientist inside me indulged her in this simple pleasure and I was so happy to see her playing and learning...in peace (for like 30 minutes) while we waited on a very busy Saturday night. She used her fine motor skills to fish them out. And science when she watched them melt on the plate. She counted them. Swished them Caught them. And ate them.
