When we need a reset. *phew* today was intense at my house. Hands flying, legs flailing, voices hurting ..... I spent a good bit of my day moving books around from place to place. I emptied some living room shelves for some mindfulness tools. I took all of our big feelings and mindfulness books out and put them on our live my room shelves. Following right along, Layla got out the yoga mats for some yoga and mindful listening. And just as I was about to scoop Lincoln up for a private conversation upstairs, Layla began "Even Super Heroes Have Bad Days" and "Jack's Worry" which we totally needed to reset. 💗 so grateful for more tools, more resources, more conversations, and the ability to remember to pause and reset 💗
